[Z] ZowoPlast® 2490 TopCoat OneLayer COLOR Texture

Water-based PVCu texture one-layer coating

Properties:

  • No clear coat required
  • One-component
  • Pyrrolidone- (e.g., NEP, NMP) and triethylamine-free
  • One-layer topcoat
  • Excellent weather resistance
  • Excellent scratch resistance
  • Anti-heat finish to minimise substrate heating
  • Metallic colours can be created by adding [Z] ZowoSmart® EffectPigment Silver

Applications:

Profiles / components for windows, doors and other components made of PVCu, and other tested and approved plastics for interior and exterior use.

Colour:

  • RAL colours and special colours based on [Z] ZowoPlast® 2490 Basis C.
  • Metallic colours can be created to match the Basis F colours by adding 7% [Z] ZowoSmart® EffectPigment Silver (85 g / litre coating). For additional quantities, please consult the Technical Data Sheet for [Z] ZowoSmart® EffectPigment Silver.

  • [Z] ZowoPlast® 1130 SolvCleaner
  • 1 x [Z] ZowoPlast® 2490 TopCoat OneLayer Texture, approx. 150 μm
