The working atmosphere must be right!

Of course, a good working atmosphere is the prerequisite for enjoyment at work and the success of the company, and it is shaped by different factors. A job with a secure future, respect and recognition from superiors and colleagues, the feeling of making a contribution and, we never forget that every individual contributes to the often-cited working atmosphere. We are committed to this aim.

With over 100 employees, our company is an optimal size. Large enough to demonstrate and showcase a range of performances and skills. But not too big to be a manageable team that offers the individual staff member a “home”. For us, colleagues are not “numbers”, but personalities who matter, and which we put into practice every day.

Therefore, it is important to us that our personnel feel a positive identification with the company, commitment and team spirit. Constructive cooperation and positive thinking promote satisfaction at work and a good atmosphere in the staff team.

Team spirit and not departmental thinking!

We are all successful together or not at all. Every department and individual makes their indispensable and valuable contribution, and we all recognise this.

Different interests and points of view are natural and they broaden horizons. However, it is important to combine these various aspects to benefit the entire company. That is why we cannot and will not encourage departmental thinking and blinkered solution. The opposite is our stated objective, a sense of the whole. Instead of the “technician-clerk or salesperson conflict” that persists in some places, we want the clerk or salesperson with a technical understanding and the technician who can think commercially. Factors like this make us a team and are encouraged.

Ideas and cooperation are required!

Whatever your talents, education and work experience, you have your individual profile and the opportunity to make your specific contribution. With your competence, commitment and reliability, you will earn respect and authority in the team. Your ideas, suggestions and sources of inspiration are welcome, and you can get involved. We have maintained a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 since 1998, we have done this voluntarily and out of our own conviction, no customer has ever pressured us to do so. It really does depend on each employee, because everyone makes their own individual contribution to the whole. There is literally no work that does not relate to or impact on quality, our quality. We offer benefits based on the collective agreement!

As a member of the Employers’ Association of the Chemical Industry and VCI, our employees enjoy benefits based on the collective wage agreement. These are generally acknowledged to be among the best. This is another great advantage with respect to this not entirely unimportant aspect.
