Premium – safety through quality management
As early as the 1990s, we installed an official quality management system and have since been continuously certified and audited by external bodies in accordance with to DIN EN ISO 9001. For us, quality management is not merely an empty phrase in a marketing brochure, it is embedded in our brand image. Therefore, we are constantly developing quality management to create a dynamic quality principle that is deeply anchored in the company structures. In a nutshell: errors must be systematically avoided, and if an error does occur, we must learn from them, adapt or cease processes to avoid it happening again in the long term.
As further evidence of our commitment, we also took the initiative to be one of the first companies in Germany to be certified immediately after the introduction of the latest 9001:2015 standard. Our process integrates all the relevant issues in a holistic way: Legislation, consumer protection, environmental protection, compliance, data protection, occupational health and safety, quality assurance, continuous training, occupational health, work organisation, testing technology, to name just a few examples.
This quality management is sustainably implemented at the very core of our scale of values.
