[Z] ZowoTec® 485 TopCoat COLOR AquaSafeX

Product description:

Water-based and early waterproof, high coverage topcoat for wooden windows and doors

Properties:

  • Anti-heat finish to minimise substrate heating
  • Weather-resistant surface quality
  • Intercoat and topcoat in one product

Applications:

For dimensionally stable interior and exterior wooden components (e.g., windows and front doors).

Colour:

  • RAL 9010 pure white
  • RAL 9016 traffic white
  • RAL colours and special colours based on [Z] ZowoTec® 485 Basis A and Basis C, integrated into the Berger-Zobel colour mixing system.
  • Metallic colours can be created by adding [Z] ZowoSmart® EffectPigment Silver. For additional quantities, please refer to the relevant Technical Data Sheet.
  • The colour may be influenced by the quality, moisture and processing conditions of the wood.

  • 1 x [Z] ZowoTec®118 Impregnation ProtectX
  • 1 x [Z] ZowoTec® 260 Primer White
  • 1 x [Z] ZowoTec® 385 InterCoat White IsoFillX, approx. 150 μm
  • 1 x [Z] ZowoTec® 485 TopCoat COLOR AquaSaveX, approx. 150 μm
